When I have a back related problem I know I can always go to Dr. Ray and he can fix me up. He has helped me on many occasions. I can stay in really good shape if I go about once a month for maintance. He is always concerned about my pain issues and does his best to ease my them. You can make an appointment but he will also take walk-ins. I've never had to wait over a few minutes for attention. I highly recommend him!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

No, but I need a lot less than before

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
