The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Dr. Coates is warm and caring. MY family has gone here for years.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

I will absolutely return to Jesse Coats, D.C.! I had an amazing experience! Jesse Coats, D.C. always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! I never had to doubt Jesse Coats, D.C.'s qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Jesse Coats, D.C.. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
