They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

I was introduced to Brian and his staff over two years ago when I found myself being lead down a path of pain pills and surgery for two herniated discs in my back. Not only has Brian been able to help me avoid surgery, I am able to continue playing golf, ridding motorcycles and playing basketball. As time has passed we have had Brian help us take my teenage son off of prescription meds for allergies and my wife is controlling initial Thyroid issues through supplements. We always talk to Brian before submitting to the traditional family doctor.
