They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was satisfied with my appointment.. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.

After my treatments I find myself taking even more pain medication. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me
uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Literally spends about 30 seconds on treatments and charges for a full visit. Criminal!
