I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current equipment. BUT....they seemed to have cut down on my migraines and back pain by 75% after just 3 weeks! They made me a believer!

The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
