They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Most of my adjustments were really general and didn't address my condition. They customized their treatment somewhat for me but not very much. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I have chronic back problems and have seen many chiropractors in many different areas of the country. Dr. Snead is the best. He is also very laid back and unlike many other chiropractors, is not out there just to make a few dollars. It's not fancy but I don't care to pay for fancy. He pays more attention to my specific problems than any other chiropractor I've seen.
