The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
