I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never, they are very reliable.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
