Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
