I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. There was lots of available parking at Marc McCartney, D.C.'s office. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

How can I express the marvelous care I have received from Dr. Marc. Having been in a near fatal car accident years ago, my body has endured pain for years.Hospital, wheelchair, and then walking in pain, my lifestyle was greatly affected. My feet and hips got so bad that I would cry when I moved, and could barely walk. I thought I would be unable to walk even though I was still 'primetime' alive. Dr. Marc effectively worked my aching body back into alignment, and along with my podiatrist, got my feet back into full use. I love to walk briskly when I go to the store now.
On top of that, I was told by several specialists that I had trigeminal neuralgia, which affected the nerves leading from my brain to my ear to my upper and lower jaw, causing excruciating, continual pain. This condition could lead to a type of surgery that would require surgery on my head! Ugh! I thought, "What if they sneezed and dropped my brain?" The meds caused nausea and vomiting. I went to Dr. Marc, and he said that the odds were against even a chiropractor helping in this condition. Well, he gave it a try over a few months, and I am happy to say, I am pain-free in my head! He did it, along with God's help, and acknowledges God as his Source. I greatly appreciate the care that Dr. Marc gave, sparing me of the meds and surgery that loomed over me long term. Each day as I walk, and move about, going up steps once more, working in my garden, and having no crippling pain in my head or body, I thank God for this marvelous "anti-aging" ministry Dr. Marc and his professional, caring staff have provided.

Dr. McCartney is really a great guy. On my initial appointment he was very personable right off the bat. He introduces himself and explains how the whole chiropractic process works. He answered all my questions. The adjustments were done in a very gentle manner; he doesn't wrench your neck like some chiropractors seem to do. He also has a very upbeat attitude and is clearly a 'people person'. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. McCartney.
