I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

On Time, Safe area, Totally awesome Dr. the first time I was there I was very sick with Lupus and he spent about 3 hours working with me and gets me and my family in any time we need.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel O.K. for calling. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I have gone to David Bax's Office 2x now and have been thrilled both times. First time I was in a car wreck and I felt like I could go run a 5k after I was done, this last time, I went to get checked out for a pain in my hip, neck and back and he sorted me out that day. He has never canceled an appointment, he send 2x reminders prior to the appointment, and his staff are very pleasant to work with. I also have never had any problems with billing for my insurance either, it always goes through flawlessly. You can tell he knows what he is talking about when he is going through the diagnosing options and he is very personal with you. When I go, I feel as though he is a bud I sit down and drink beers with every few weeks.

If you are intimidated by tall men (he is a good 6'6/7') this is not the guy for you :P

Dr. Bax literally changed my life. I have had horrible migraines since '96. in July of 2010 I went to see him for pain in my shoulder and they are so thorough w/their exam and questionaire he addressed all sorts of issues I didn't intend to even ask about. I was amazed at my 2nd visit, and told him btw, I haven't had a migraine this past week. (normally I have 1 to 2 weekly). It is now 1 year later..and still noooo migraines! and no shoulder pain, and no ankle stiffness from the injury from 15 yrs ago I've just dealt with all this time... until Dr. Bax! Highly recommend!
