They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
