When I feel as though I am getting sick or my allergies act up I make an appointment. I always feel better after my treatment than I did when I walked in. They have completely enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

This happened about two weeks ago - I have horrible back pain and my husband and I decided to try seeing Dr. Anderson, as my husband was a patient of his in the past. The first visit was ok...I found the Dr. to be a very kind man but it was his main nurse that ultimately killed it for me. - Even when I met her on the first visit, I noticed she had absoutly ZERO love for her work but also that my computer had more of a personality. She was rude and would often talk to all people like they were dumb; one of those people that think their smarter than everyone (which was funny because she ended up making herself look like a complete moron by the time I was done with her). Anyway, when I set my second visit I was told to call an hr ahead to see how far behind he was. This struck me odd, but I didnt give it much thought at the time. I did as they instructed the day of my second appt and was told he was on time. When I arrived and signed in their was not one other person in the waiting room. We sat there for about a half hour, then a lady/patient came in stating that she was an hour late for her appt and didnt have the business number so she hadnt called and she wanted to know if she could still be seen. I was shocked as I watched that dumb nurse let that girl walts right on back. This pissed me off because I have been in the medical feild for a long time and know there is to be only a 15 minute late time period for each patient to make their appt. This rule is made; one, because it puts the doctor way behind in schedule but also secondly, it pisses off the other patients that have been sitting there waiting. Well, even despite that I decided to let it go. But then about 5 minutes later I watched two other women walk in and go right on back, never having to wait and clearly missing their scheduled time. Finally I had had enough and walked up to request my medical documentation. I met that same nurse - as she is the one whom checks you in - and she was baffled why I was leaving. When I told her what I saw she told me "I only let one ahead of you." and when I informed her it had been three she tried to lie and cover more by saying that they had all had appts before me. I told her I knew the time limit patients were allowed and her face went white. I also asked her in front of a bunch of other patients if I came in an hr late for my appt could I be seen before all those people waiting? Instead of apologizing like you should in a situation like this, she tried to make it my fault by saying I should have called earlier. This didnt work either because I had called, and in fact had actually spoken to her. She didnt seem to know what to say then and kept repeating "I know, I know, I know. "Still never actually apologizing for her rude and inconsiderate behavior. I told her that I now knew why he was always behind - because she would let anyone in!!! She tried to argue with me a little bit more trying to convince me to stay because the Dr was going to discuss matters of my back with me today. She seemed nervous, and I figure its because she knew she was going to get questioned why I left and was panicking. But I also figured she'd just lie about that too when he asked. From what I gather he doesnt get a lot of business and think I know why - one - being theres no real appt time for anyone, and two - her. Its really a shame that such a great doctor is loosing alot of business due to such an AWFUL nurse and the way she conducts herself. I've talked to a few other people that have been there before and everyone seem to have the same opinion. I am an MA myself and I have met nurses like this before and often feel they need to retire.
You shouldnt make others suffer for your incompetence or lack of compassion.
