This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

The thought of going to the dentist can be nerve-racking and uncomfortable, Dr McLean and her staff have a way of putting you at ease. I like the way the hygienist will explain the teeth cleaning process and give tips on how to brush and floss properly. From the X-rays to resetting a crown, my experience here has been extremely satisfying.
