The doctor and the staff made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The staff is quite friendly and welcoming. They are professional, which made the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling informed and satisfied.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Gould was great! He really took time to listen to me, and I could tell that he really cared about helping with my sinus and allergy problems. My sinus procedure went so well that I have recommended Dr. Gould and his staff at Synergy ENT Specialists to my friends and family. My allergy treatment (Sublingual Immunotherapy or SLIT) is going great and guess what--I gettng better without allergy shots! Thank you so much Dr. Gould!

Also, I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
