The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
