The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Very disapointed with ARK Animal Hospital. I brought my cat there about a month ago, she was having symptoms of Diabetes and after testing her they found that she did have Diabetes. I spent alot of money back and forth to the vet including Insulin, needles, and Diabetic food. She lost control of her back legs in they told me it would clear up with the Insulin. Well it didn't! She only got worse. A few days ago I called them and told them I didn't want my cat to suffer anymore and how much would it cost to have her put to sleep. They said $120.00 and I said I can't afford much more. The Hesperia Animal Shelter said they will do it for $5.00 with a faxed letter from the Vet. So after taking her to the shelter we had to wait 40 minutes. I was crying and finally had to call and beg them to hurry with the fax because I was so upset waiting to end my beloved cats life. What kind of heartless people are they! I will never go to ARK again!!!!!!

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

No, I was always attended to

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

This is a new vet clinic in the area. The office was clean, however, the waiting area is very small, I would sugest bringing a frined with you so that the pet can stay outside until they can get him/her into a room. Their staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Rates were fair to average. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My cat had a hair ball and a temp. It cost me $429.00 and I was there 20 min. that's ridiculous Will I ever go back there HELL NO.
