They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel confident and hopeful about the future.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. She is an amazing doctor!!!!!!!!!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
