Everyone in the office is super friendly and makes you feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. They are great at easing any concerns you may have about your procedure. I am 100% satisfied with my results so far.

Great process. Everything was explained in detail before and after surgery. The staff was very amazing and knowledgeable. The doctor called me that evening to check on me and provided me with his cell number in case I had any questions or issues. So far the results are great and I am looking forward to a new me.

Love this place! Lisa is so awesome as she works with me to improve my face with the Venus Freeze. When you walk through the door and Erin greets you with that shining face you feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you all!

The procedure I received from them is really great! It didn't hurt at all and it is fast. For sure, I will be back to try other procedures in the near future. If you are looking for nothing less but quality results, this is definitely the place to be.

Just go and ask questions. Everyone of the staff is extremely kind, considerate, and very informed about your issues. They seem to know what questions you are going to ask. I had surgery two weeks ago today and I am already extremely pleased with the results and I know it is going to get even better.

I can tell you that Sono-Bello Tri-sculpt MIcro-laser was a much much better procedure than the smart-lipo I had done 8 years ago. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself! The staff and the facility are very professional and answered all my questions. The doctor called me the night of surgery to ask how I was doing, the nurses called me each day to check on me...So after years of exercising and eating right I had areas that I could not lose the fat!! These results are incredible... even after the first few days I could already tell a huge difference! I am 63 yrs young and I never expected to see such good results. My stomach is flat, my thighs are tight and my waist is firm, amazing for my age! And there was really no pain, just minor stiffness kinda like when you work out too hard and your muscles are sore, that's all!. So they told me I could do light stretching and get light massage .... poof no stiffness! Just do what they tell you to drink tons of water and move around, to have a faster recovery. Next I am doing the Venus Freeze as a follow up!! You will be glad you treated yourself to this amazing technique!

I am very pleased with the staffing and their knowledge on what would work best for me personally. I was extremely happy that they were able to fit me in for my 1st procedure so quick. They have walked me through each step of my transformation and explained what to expect week by week. They answer all my questions so that I am well aware of what to expect. I would and I have recommended Sono Bello to friends and family. They can't wait to see the "New Me" when I am all done. I have 1 more procedure scheduled for next week and I can't wait.

Sono Bello has provided outstanding service from my first meeting with Niki, through my follow-up visit with Meghan after my procedure. All staff have been very helpful, friendly and just provided an overall welcome and friendly environment. I am very pleased with both the customer service provided and the results of my procedures itself. Within the first 2-weeks, I was able to see a significant change in my appearance. The staff were very friendly and focused on me and any concerns. The Doctor made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. He was very positive and asked a lot of questions about my kids and grand kids which helped me to relax.
