One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office wasn't too easy to find. I got lost on the way there.
