They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The office was easy enough to find. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
