I went in to the Dr. about a month earlier to have a skin lesion removed and also have a place on my nose and cheek frozen. My nose and Cheek healed fine but the sore on my leg where the Dr. took a piece off got infected so I went in for them to check it on this date. They were very kind and told me this spot on my leg is one difficult spot to heal and they gave me some salve and told me what to do to fight the infection. It is healing up fine and I was happy I went in to get it checked.

I have seen Dr. Dunn for many years. I think your clinic is one of the most professional medical offices I have been in. I managed a clinic for many years. It is very evident to me that you all take pride in where you work and what you are doing. A couple of years I changed to another Dr. I wasn't impressed with the office. Do you take Medicare? Dr Dunn is very professional yet friendly. I trust him completely. His staff nurses are caring understanding an dependable. I have been going here for over 15 years and live 2 hours away. Would never think of going else where.

Dr. Dunn and his nurse were prompt, in fact early. He is always professional yet friendly. And the same for the nurse. I appreciate Advanced Dermatology and Dr. Dunn coming to Pullman so I don't have to travel to Spokane so often.

This was my initial appointment, and an annual check for any suspicious spots and to recheck previous scars for regrowth of skin cancers. I had previously had a reaction to lidocaine and was concerned about that. Dr Dunn took my concerns very seriously and took the time to explain things and give me some options. I was very satisfied with the appointment.

Dr. Dunn has worked hard to correct the problem that I have with my hands and we are making progress. I really enjoy that when a person has an appointment, your name is called very close if not right on your appointment time and one does not have to wait in a room alone waiting for the doctor. Dr. Dunn and his staff realize that my time is important also.

Scheduling was prompt, in the time of day, and within two weeks. The biopsy sample taken came back within days and a new appointment scheduled for the next week. Dr. Jeanne Ellern and her staff were well organized, performing their tasks with professional courtesy. later. Stitches were removed the following week. The results of the lesion was reported to me by phone two days later. The scab is healing well.
