They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

My wife and her family have been using this clinic for nearly 30 years without incident. They don’t have allot of time for chit chat when you get there but they’re busy usually…no big deal. However today my wife called to get a quote on euthanizing our cat she has had for 14 years, that can no longer control it’s bowels or bladder and the lady that answered the phone treated her like crap. The lady who answered ASSUMED my wife had not already taken countless, expensive steps over the past three years to prolong this problem and that she was acting off the doctors words from the last appointment which were, “this is all we can do, if it continues you have to put him down”. So that’s what she was calling to do. However the lady who answered went on a rant and condemned my wife for simply following the doctors orders and attempting to come in for euthanization. So not only was my wife upset about the cat period, she had to listen to the mindless blabber from some PETA freak answering the phone. This is last time we will ever darken the doorstep of that place.
