They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I found their building fairly easily. I appreciated the fact that they worked out of a building that was so easy to locate, especially in case there was an emergency and I needed to get there right away. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. He is first a farm doc, so he will be out of farm visits helping cows or horses birth, and will make your dog or cat wait if its just a quick visit.
