They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was so relieved when I saw that they were using advanced, current equipment. It made me feel so much better knowing that my pet was being treated with top-of-the-line equipment. They were ready for my pet and me immediately when we arrived. I had just sat down in the waiting room chair when they called us back.
