Colleen's deep tissue massage not only addresses specific sore muscles, but her technique integrates all the muscles so the entire body is renewed. I feel fabulous when I leave her! Totally relaxed, but at the same time, re-energized! She knows how to pinpoint the problem areas and relieve the soreness. I am constantly amazed after my session--Colleen is now a regular part of my wellness program!

Sighhhhhhhhhhhhh... my muscles sigh with relief the moment Colleen's magic hands take hold of my body. I travel the world and have tried all types of massages in a variety of countries; I always come back to Colleen. She's beyond a "masseuse." Her extensive training, both in Hellerwork and her continued studies, makes her a cut above. When I moved to Sonoma and searched for a new masseuse, Colleen was recommended as the best for deep tissue massage. She was at a training in Spain at the time and I waited for her to return. I've never regretted that decision. Her massages are rejuvenating, healing and empowering. Doesn't get better!
