I have been seeing one particular provider in this office for 13 years. If practitioner requests to reschedule, I have always been given plenty of notice (within 2 hours after office opens) - nothing I would consider last minute. Quick reschedule (w/in 2-3 days). Office personnel calls two days prior to my appointment to remind me of date & time. They are extremely reliable. Discount prescription med coupons are always offered if they are available. Practitioner really goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I 've never had anything but a positive experience.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this psychologist offer flexible appointment times?
Yes

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
