I was hesitant to see a Psychologist and after much research I chose to see Dr. Adams. After seeing him for a few months now though, I can say he has been an incredible help to me. He is very intelligent, funny, caring, straightforward, and makes me feel very at ease when I speak with him.

I have seen Dr. Adams three times inthe last three months. Although his office location is an hour from my home, I have found that it is well worth the trip. I find him to be very professional, direct, & empathetic. He has a very astute way of "reframing" past negative experiences of mine so I can reassess my what is really true. Each time I leave, I feel al little stronger and more hopeful. I have been to many psychologists, social workers, and and one psychiatrist in the past, but Dr. Adams is the only one that I feel "gets me" and genuinely wants to help and he definitely has the qualifications! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I first visited Dr. Adams after a very difficult personal tragedy in my life. He helped me learn to deal with that loss and how to best support my friends in that loss. He is direct, humorous, intelligent and a true professional. I would and have recommended him to friends.

Dr Adams is a highly skilled professional who gently guides one to think through issues and come to awareness and resolution. He is great at helping you see what is needed so you can breakthrough whatever may be holding you back from being the best version of yourself.
I highly recommend his services should be searching for support and help with issues you cannot seem to understand, get past, or resolve on your own.

I have seen four psychologists since I was a teenager. I had really despaired that any had something to offer me. There is no question that I finally found the right person. I feel like past attempts were not helpful and, in some cases, may have been harmful to me emotionally.

Had a strong preference to see a male. Also had a strong preference for someone who felt in control with a broad and deep knowledge base. I have been extremely pleased with my treatment by doctor and staff. Highly recommended.

I went through three other psychologists before I found Dr. Adams. What is so great about him is that he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. He is always kind, but can be stern when the situation calls for it. He is incredibly intelligent and that comes through in his advice and counsel. He never condescends or seems impatient, nor does he pretend to have first hand understanding of every situation. What has helped me the most is Dr. Adams' ability to help me focus my frustrations so that I can verbalize them to my partner more clearly and concisely. I am so glad to have Dr. Adams in my corner and highly recommend him to anyone.

Simply had spent a life of repeated failures, unable to determine why I repeatedly destroyed my chances and marriages. Wife insisted that I get help or she was gone. I did a lot of research, got well, relocated and have begun a new life...with my wife.
