They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

Dr. Keehan goes out of his way to make his patients feel comfortable. He makes himself available and really listens to your concerns. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had at Premier Dermatology. Dr. Keehan, you are the best!

Premeir Dermatology is a well-run, advanced dermatology clinic with great people. Dr. Keehan and his staff are both friendly and professional and have always made me feel very comfortable. I have seen Dr. Keehan for both medical and cosmetic treatments and find that he is thorough, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any and all of my questions. I'm impressed each time I visit their office and intend to be a long-time patient of Dr. Keehan's.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and there was a television to watch and magazines to read. Dr. Keehan was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt safe and relaxed in his care. It was easy to get an appointment time that worked for my schedule. I would absolutely recommend him.
