worst experience i ever had. first of all she is not punctual, get ready to wait online more then one or two hours. if you have to get a referral or lab results from her it may take forever

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
