The staff definitely wasn't friendly. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to be helping me. First, they rescheduled my son's appointment with little notice, and then when we subsequently attempted to move it, they refused to do so unless we paid for the appointment that we would 'miss.' At the same time, they would not extend the Rx my son was on since April to accommodate the schedule change. I went to their office, requested my son's medical records to transfer him to the care of another physician, and they refused, in outright violation of the law. When I asserted my right to have the records and cited the specific laws relative to my access to the same, they told me to leave the premises and that they were calling the police, at which time they shut the window in my face. I called the police and was told that if I went back to that office they could request that I be cited for trespass. In short: if you love your kids and want them to have the best care possible -- instead of a treatment plan intended only to pad the wallet of the rudest, most unprofessional excuse for a doctor I've ever encountered in 41 years of life -- find another doctor.

I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Before they recommended a treatment plan for me, they looked into my medical history a little, but I still didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding. I was uncomfortable starting treatment when they didn't know where I was coming from. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

Besides that above; staff (just the receptionist) is never willing to help. You just feel like a number and not human. The receptionist I believe, herself, need some kind of treatment. I called them several times because to resolve a billing issue, which in fact they were wrong, never responded to my voice messages. That is another thing, that phone is NEVER answer. So, I decided to stop by the office, just to gather information and clear their inaccurate bill and the receptionist said they do not take walk ins. So, walk ins are considered even if you are not seeing the doctor. I ask her to please listen to me because they did not answer my phone calls, she just closed the window on my face and said she would call police and that she did not want to argue with me. I really did not want to argue but to resolve my issue since they charge my card for a debt I did not owe. BE aware, they will store your credit card information and charge it without prior notice or without ensuring you actually owe them money. Do not let them keep your credit card information. It would be reasonable if they ensure you actually owe the money and if they are available to provide you with the information but they do not. In addition to that, they schedule my appointment for 2 wks after starting treatment as the dr's stated to follow up with my symptoms. I went to my appointment to find out they did not have my appointment in the system and told me they could not provide the service because they were overbooked. I went to the dr to get help to manage my stress and depression and they actually added cirmstances that worsen my situation. What an irony.

The worst receptionist ever!! She is so rude.. rude beyond imagination I should say. They refused my appointment after it was confirmed over the phone - which is Ok. But I am not sure why they made me fill out my medical history and every other personal detail. It is extremely unclear why the receptionist made me do it and when I asked for the forms, she said she shredded them.. WHATTTT?? She said if I dont leave imeediately, she would call 911. I went to a psychiatrist to make me feel better and not be treated so unprofessionally. She was not willing to answer any of my questions and said that she would call 911 if I dint leave. What crap is this? So if you are in trouble and want to feel better, I would suggest you find a better facility than this.

Didn't know what to do or who to turn to after my son was being kicked out of every single day care. Dr. Bhargava was God send. She was recommended by our pediatrician who also spoke very highly of her. It has worked out really well for us. My son is back to school and his doing his chores, is less impulsive and able to learn. We have not had a single complaint from the daycare, which is just joy !
