They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. This is a great place to go and the $49 intro price was awesome. Thank you for a great massage!!
