They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Dr. Cooper and his nurses are wonderful. I always knew at any time if I had any concerns or questions there was always someone to provide an answer. Dr. Cooper was very supportive during my induction process and kept the baby's and my health first. When he knew it was necessary he explianed himself and waisted no time to have me transfered to the OR for a c-section. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Cooper and his staff.
