The staff was very accommodating and courteous. They asked if I was comfortable and processed me as new patient pretty quickly. Dr Susan was very nice and helpful. She asked a lot of questions and provided advice. She kindly explained terms and procedure and was willing to accommodate everything (appt, procedure, medication) based on my needs. The only thing I would recommend is exporting the info from ZocDoc so it's not repetitive when patient explains his/her medical history. Other than that it was a very nice experience, would definitely recommend.
