I appreciate their phone etiquette every time I call. I called the office around Christmas to find out more about the services and Hedy called me right back. She was extremely helpful she answered my questions. In fact she was able to fit me in into her schedule in a matter of three days. My initial assessment of the clinic was that is was very clean. When we she took me to the room she answered all my questions and gave me a wealth of information. I have not felt this at ease with a provider in years. The acupuncture went smoothly. I didn't notice any side effects after my treatment. I felt fine when I left. I have had two treatments and every time I leave her office I feel really good. I have more energy and i have been sleeping better. Thanks for everything Hedy....

I was diagnosed with hypertension since 1997 and even though I have been on medication to control it. My over all health and even blood pressure readings have been degrading. After a month of acupuncture and herbs my blood pressure reading have gone down from 200/150 to 130/72, I use to suffer from insomnia because of extreme leg soreness and frequent urination which would only allow me to sleep 1 to 2 hours straight. Now I’m sleeping anywhere 4 to 7 hours straight thru the night and have started to lose weight and that will continue to help me control my hypertension.
Hedy is extremely nice and very professional and I’m amazed of her knowledge and experiences. Because of the acupuncture treatments that I have been receiving, I’m able to start to enjoy life again.

The office was immaculate. There was nothing out of place or dusty, you could tell that they take pride in their office. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance.

When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Hedy is very professional and caring. The acupuncture treatments I have been receiving have truly helped me work thru some tough transitional female issues. Hedy spends a lot of time asking questions and listening to provide the best treatment possible. While most people have been suffering from Ragweed allergies, mine have been cut in half, if not more...and I usually suffer greatly! I recommend her highly!
