They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
