They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I noticed that they have some of the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the optometrist. I wish all waiting room chairs could be that comfortable.
I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
