Love her! She tackles all my problems and does the best she can to get my issues taken care of. the last 2 months have been horrible for me and i have had one thing after another happen to me and she was there threw the entire thing with advice and professional care that you look for in a doctor. I will be seeing her again actually for a follow up and look forward to seeing her. I usually do not like going to the doctors but she makes me feel comfortable asking any questions i have. Also there staff is nice and does a great job!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The staff did respect Dr. Pachon. The part that meant the most to me was how friendly, understanding and concerned she was for me and the reasons that brought me in. She answered every question I had and took her time explaining things to me. She did not talk over my head but broke things down on my level! Excellent Dr!
