They went out of their way to make my animals feel special, and he was sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. His full attention is always on the animals and he never take personal calls during the appointment. I've had other vets out and they stayed on the phone and it just drives me crazy. His prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is good. He explained all the risks and benefits of the treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
