Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
