They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.
