This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Dr. Nathan is no-nonsense, and therefore keeps his costs down. When we applied for spaying assistance for our cats through the Humane Society we could only use the discount at certain vets. Dr. Nathan was less for the 2 operations than any of the Humane Society vets were for 1 with the discount. He's been wonderful with our dogs and cats.

I had a beautiful 3 year old male Himalayan cat. He has symptoms of a urinary track infection. I called Dr. Nathan and he said to bring him right in, which I did. He treated him and gave me some meds to give him and sent me home minus $200.00. Ten days later, my cat had the same symptoms. It was a Friday evening when we noticed and called Dr. Nathan right away. He proceeded to scold me for not noticing sooner and having to bring him after hours. He had to remove the block and keep him over the weekend. I picked up my cat Monday morning having to pay $400.00 for the treatment. Now yesterday, (Wednesday) 14 days later my cat again had the same symptoms. We again called the vet and he didn't even remember who we were or my cat. After explaining the whole thing to him, he finally remembered and told us that he couldn't see our cat until Friday at the earliest. Knowing full well that this was an emergency. We decided that our cat was still urinating, so we were going the next day to take him to another vet. We got up in the am and our cat was very sick. Had a huge lump on the left side of his abdomen and was leaking blood. We took him right to Dr. Nathan and he wouldn't even look at him. He knew we couldn't afford to have the treatment and test done so we had to have him put to sleep. HE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT HIM TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT COULD BE DONE! Just got the shot and put him down. I WILL NEVER GO TO DR. NATHAN AGAIN! To me, this doesn't seem like he even cared about my cat. The very first time I took him in, he told me " some people just have their cats put to sleep when this happens." I thought people got into this field for the love of animals. I guess I was wrong. It's the all mighty dollar!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
