This is quite possibly the most horrible and awful place that you could take your dog for kennel services. Inside the kennel area, it looks like a prison block and smells like pee. I'm a grown man and have seen a lot of terrible things, but I cried when I picked up my dogs. Both of their beds were so soaked with piss they were dripping and their fur reeked of urine. They were freshly bathed when dropped off and couldn't even be put in the car when picked up. We left them for 5 days and they apparently were only let out 9 times. The dogs were ravenous and ate like they hadn't been fed in days. Both have lost a lot of weight. We will never again use them for any services and suggest that you don't either. I am going to do everything within my power to make these people pay for the suffering they caused my animals and plead with you not to leave yours there. We have found that there are places in HSV that allow a great deal more time outside, at least enough bathroom breaks to be comfortable. This place boasted services that were not at all true such as cleaning any urine in the cage immediately. Our dogs are well trained and hold it as long as thry can and this breaks my heart. When we asked the staff about the urine soaked beds all they said was, we can wash it for you. You should have done that days ago!! I've got it now.
