Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
