They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me, even remembered my pets names and I had only been once before, and make me feel very important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how the building was handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment just because they greated me OUTSIDE the entrance, they really care. DR. Austerman is an old PRO and can most times tell you what is wrong with your pet before he even touches them and is right every time!!! I personally love this office and enjoy every visit and so does my pet!
