I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets.

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. My dog had what should have been a simple surgery which went terribly wrong. He cut to far into the bladder and did not properly suture therefore it leaked into his stomach causing a major infection. After finding out from other vets that my dog should have been well by now we transfered him to find out what Dr. Geotes had done. I don't want this to happen to anyone else's dog. Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment, but it was worth every moment! They truly love animals, and treated my pooch as if they love him as i do. They are VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
