Love the staff, especially Julie! All the gals are so nice, they know me and make me feel welcome. I like the text and email appointment reminders too. Julie has a 6th sense on how to inject Botox and Juvederm and she is gentle, takes her time and makes sure I am always happy with the result.

I believe Dr. Chernoff and his nurse practitioner, Julie, are outstanding clinically as well as bedside manner. Both are compassionate and spend quality time listening to the goals of the patient and then giving recommendations that would help to achieve those goals. HOWEVER, the scheduling of appointments and/or the practitioners running near on time is HORRIFIC! It is not unusual to wait 45 minutes to an hour before being seen for a scheduled appointment. I have NEVER been seen within even 20 minutes of my appointment time. It seems to me that running late is the norm and no one seems too concerned about it.

I have completed the last of the three-treatment vaginal rejuvenation series. I highly recommend the treatment. I am 68 years old and have been married for 48 years. My husband and I have enjoyed an active sex life throughout our marriage, and this procedure has enhanced my sexual satisfaction immensely. As a side benefit, I experience improved bladder control. Sandy and Corinne worked with me each time, and their professional, caring approach helped me feel comfortable. I definitely know I am in good hands under the treatment of Dr.Chernoff and his associates.

I have just completed my second (of three) treatments for vaginal rejuvenation, and I am so pleased with my decision to give this a try. I have experienced some positive changes regarding tightness in the vaginal area as well as increased lubrication. As an added bonus, my husband felt the improved tightness the first time we had sex after the procedure. The two week wait was well worth it. :). I also might add that my husband know little about the treatment and was not anticipating any particular results, so I felt that his favorable reaction was genuine.

Professional and personal. I feel like the staff are my new set of friends :0) Top notch experience from pre-op to post. The only room for improvement: call from someone on staff post surgery day to make sure all is well/answer questions. I would ABSOLUTELY refer Dr. Chernoff and his staff.
