She was professional, knowledgable, and genuinely interested in helping. Her therapy dog was cute, and I know that my son looked forward to seeing it. She explained how animal therapy is helpful with ADD kids. My son is much better and sometimes talks about going back. (He will go back for a "tune-up" if he ever needs it.)
