Caroline was knowledgeable, caring and professional. Her office, in a nicely kept older office building, does not have a receptionist, but there is a sign asking that you have a seat and wait, and Caroline comes to get you at your appointment time.
I don't know what other reviewers didn't like specifically, as therapists have different approaches just like any other professional, but to me she was wonderful.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I didn't care much for the chair they provided for me during the session. It wasn't the most comfortable. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

This provider is really checked out. She uses kooky terms and seems to miss the point. She is nice, but not very helpful.
