Therapist is awesome - IF you can get past the rude and seemingly uncaring staff at the front desk. And don't dare inconvenience them by missing an appointment because you have a life. And don't bother to tell them there might have actually been a "reason" you missed that appointment - they don't listen or act like they care at all.

Five stars to the PA therapist - and negative stars to the staff.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. i visited there several times and saw dr, mukesh patel i was very impressed by the office staff and by dr. m. patel. an extremely knowledgeable individual . i have on many ocasions listened to dr. m patel talk and found him to be a very versed in his field

I tried to back up the format of these questions on this website were confusing/illogical at times.

The center for emotional care is in a decent neighborhood and I saw all credentials prominently displayed as well as the human rights poster. I really like the three Psychiatric staff I have worked with so far, VERY professional and respectful. They treat their clients well.

The reception team is hit or miss and I was asked to return an unsigned script after already spending 2 1/2 hours driving to them and to the Wal-Mart instead of having CFEW fax it. (I had to call back in and go around the receptionist) The receptionist was short spoken and rude, cutting me off several times, not even listening to my concerns.
